**Edit: I was unhappy with the original photo as you couldn't read the names on the map. It's not as sharp as I'd like, but I'm working on. At least the colors are truer to life now.
 **Dedicated to Bob MaGuire who renewed my love of drawing and taught me how to be a better artist and person. Thank you for getting me through my first two years of college. Medium:Prismacolor colored pencils on bristol board. - Jack Sparrow: colored pencils over Prismacolor marker, blended with colorless blender for wax-based colored pencils. -Background: colored pencils blended with isopropyl alcohol and tissue/cotton swabs, alcohol pads. Size: 14 1/2" x 13" Time: approximately 15 hours.
